A Rare and Magnificent Necklace composed of silver coins from 1820-1897!
This is a Unique and Beautiful item!
It consists of 23 British Silver coins (sixpences), each linked together to form a wonderful festoon necklace-lavaliere and dropper.

There are two, which show the head of King George IV (c. 1820) or William IV (1830-1837).
All the rest show the head of Queen Victoria at various times throughout her long reign. The profiles clearly show the head of the young Queen shortly after her accession in 1837, through the latter half of the 19th Century: the last date is 1897, four years before her death.
This is a museum piece- history converted into jewellery!
The clasp is also formed from a silver coin with a pin on the reverse, like a brooch, for added security.
