An Exquisite Quality Antique Gold Ring set with Peridots and Pearls.
There are three graduated luxurious Peridots, the largest in the centre weighing approx. One Carat. The others are approx. ½ carat each, making a Total of Two Carats.
(Peridots are at the top of the semi-precious range of Stones. They were very popular in Victorian times (and still are), often referred to as ‘Olivines’ – a reference to their attractive colour.
Peridot was sometimes used in Religious Jewellery. The Crusaders brought Peridot to Europe in the early Middle Ages, transporting Stones from St. John’s Island in the Red Sea, where it has been mined for over 3,500 years!)
Between these, there are four lustrous seed Pearls making a perfect complement.
They are raised in a very attractive pierced Gold setting with shoulders fashioned in the shape of Love Hearts.
On a substantial shank, this Lovely Ring is in Excellent Condition.

The Ring size is M (UK) and 6 ½  (USA), and it could be re-sized by any working Jeweller.

A Beautiful and Striking Antique Gold Ring set with a Quality Almandine Garnet in a Horseshoe shape.
This Rare Ring features a Beautiful, Rich, Red Almandine Garnet (the Best type of Garnet).

 Slices of Garnet have been used in windows in Churches and Temples in the past, and Legend has it that Noah suspended Garnet in the Ark in order to dispense Light.

This Beautiful Victorian black cabochon Agate and Pearl Ring (c.1850) features a central seed Pearl mounted on a star or cross shape of Rose Gold.
This is mounted on an oval half-sphere of black cabochon Agate.
It is set in an interesting rope twist frame, with attractively engraved shoulders and a good strong shank.

An Alluring and eye-catching Antique Gold Hexagon Ring set with sparkling Peridots.
At the top and bottom of the setting, there are two square-cut Peridots, with two more hexagonal ones at the sides.
There is a smaller, paler, round cut Peridot raised in a centre mount. The total Peridot weight is five carats approx.
